Gluten Free Banana Bread


                

This is a great recipe specially adapted to be Gluten Free from Tana Ramsey's family kitchen 

Ingredients:

150g/5oz light muscavado sugar
85g/3.5 oz unsalted butter (lightly softened)
2 large eggs (beaten)
4 medium-sized bananas
250g/8oz Gluten Free self raising flour (Dove Farm)




1. Preheat the oven to 180°c/350°f/GM4.Grease and line a 900g/2lb loaf tin.

2. Cream together the sugar,butter and the eggs

3. Stir in the mashed bananas and sieve in the flour.

4. Once well mixed together, tip into the loaf tin and bake for 35-40 minutes

5. Remove to a wire rack and cool in the tin for 20-30 minutes. Remove from the tin onto the rack and finish cooling completely before slicing.
