DAY 34 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELOISE!!

Today was my youngest and only girl cousin's 11th birthday! She had a party on the sunny island We all arrived at around two as we had to wait for high tide and then to sail! we ate our lunch(mine was a tortilla wrap with ham and olive sauce mmm yummy!!) and lay back to soak up the sun. Afterwards when the adults were all drinking champagne and toasting the weather, us children went for a very cold swim! We crossed the creke onto the mud banks and paths and covered ourselves head to toe in mud! Then we jumped back into the sea and swam back to get yet more cake! Then we decided we would face the cold of the sea and go sailing in our boat,we splashed and messed about capsising it and crashing into other boats quiet happily and got out and sat down with hot chocolate wraped in towels and fleeces!
We ended the day with a late swim at Bank hole it was a truly lovely day!
